At Millennium Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
